Made to order

Every Sororitées sweatshirt is made to order in Brooklyn, NY. Because each piece is produced specifically for you rather than pulled from standing inventory, orders are considered custom and are final sale — we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, sizing, or change of mind.

Mistakes on our part

If your Sororitée arrives with any mistake made on our part — a printing error, the wrong name or size, or a defect in the garment itself — we will promptly send a replacement at no cost to you. Just reach out through our contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of it.
